Return & Refund
This policy covers all orders placed on Tiny Dots.
When can an order be cancelled? Sometimes, we may not be able to accept certain orders and may have to cancel them. This can happen due to:
- A technical problem on our end
- An incorrect delivery address
- Any concern related to fraud or security
If your order or any part of it is cancelled, we will get in touch with you right away and let you know.
What about my payment? If we cancel your order, you will not be charged anything extra. Any amount already paid will be refunded to you.
When can you ask for a refund? You can reach out to us if:
- You received the wrong item
- Your order arrived damaged or spoiled
- An item was missing from your order
How to raise a request? Contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. Please share a photo so we can help you quickly.
Refund Timeline: Once approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 working days.
Please Note: Since all our products are freshly made, we are unable to accept returns once the order is delivered in good condition.
